Liam Russell

Liam is a contributing Materials Engineer to the Melt Collective. Planning projects and organizing resources for its members. He leads the Injection Molding Project and lends his expertise in polymer science and engineering to the workshops hosted by MELT.

He is a curious intellectual who is well-rounded and highly-motivated to champion sustainability and develop material processes for the circular economy. An independent, self-directed collaborator who communicates well in diverse teams. He is passionate about material selection in design and using distributed manufacturing to make a more equitable built-environment.

A recent graduate of the Master of Engineering Leadership program in Advanced Materials Manufacturing. His previous studies include Materials Engineering and Ethics, Public Policy, Science & Technology.
